Steinberg is one of the world's largest manufacturers of audio software and hardware for audio engineers, musicians, producers and composers. Steinberg is famously known for products like CuBase, Nuendo, WaveLab and HaLion. Products that enhance creative and smooth sound production.

Steinberg technologies was founded in the early 80's in Germany when its two founders came together with a vision to develop a tool that enabled the use of computers for music production. In 1984 they developed their first multitrack sequencer, and years of innovation and successes followed. Today the Steinberg brand spans worldwide and while it is still based in Germany, it is now owned by Yamaha.
