About K-Tek

Based in America and founded in 1996, K-TEK is a family run business known for making excellent boom poles, audio bags and accessories for audio production.

The first boom poles produced by K-TEK instantly won the market with their exquisite designs, lightweight feel and high quality. They were later followed by the new generation of lightweight graphite poles with detachable heads for versatile cabling, 6-sections, sure-grip oval diverts and hand-burnished finish for smoother moves and locking. In 2014 K-Tek successfully launched the first Stingray audio recording bags that were developed and designed, based on feed-back from professional location recorders. Hence, they had new and unseen features, making field recording set-ups simpler. K-Tek have since expanded their accessory line widely and now includes Airo, a budget boom pole line.
