Bubblebee is a Danish manufacturer of high-end sound protection, designed to meet the tasks for professional sound production whether it is for live events, field production or broadcast. Driven to combine design with functionality, Bubblebee has successfully introduced a series of nice looking quality products to the market that effectively filters out noise whilst retaining true sound. Bubblebee was founded in 2011 by Poul Mejer, a professional sound mixer with first-hand experience from many years of working on TV sets, oftentimes under challenging weather conditions. This inspired the idea to improve sound protection solutions and as a result, the first wind bubbles were launched in 2011, followed by many more products including the award-winning d:screet™ Necklace.
