Our service department perform service check-ups and facilitate repairs on all microphones and audio systems of the brands we sell. We always aim to identify and diagnose the problem in our workshop and when possible, we swiftly do the necessary repairs, but most often we will ship your equipment off to the manufacturer, and always, if the product is covered by warranty or when special spare parts are needed.
