This is how we process your order
When you place an order with us, first of all you need to determine how you wish to pay.
If your company has traded with us before and a credit agreement is in place, please select that option.
If this is your first order, we recommend you pay online using your Credit Card. You can also make a wire transfer, but processing time will be slower.
Once we recieve and process your order, we will contact you to inform you of an estimated time of dispatchment and also if there are any significant delays or delivery issues. We do our best to keep our inventory topped up but sometimes items may be out of stock. This could be due to delays or upholds in supply chains.
We do not bill your order until it is ready for dispatchment, and we will notify you with a tracking number.
